NIKI is back for a new era with her upcoming third LP "Buzz". Announcing her biggest tour yet, the 88rising artist will be hitting the stage in 41 nations across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. This time, she ain't keeping it lowkey! Fellow singer-songwriter Allison Ponthier will be joining as support in the North American leg of the tour.

As a follow-up to her 2022 sophomore album "Nicole", her third LP is set to be her most ambitious project yet. Sharing a slinky groove with flirty themes in her new single "Too Much Of A Good Thing", she's teasing folk-rock vibes aboard "Buzz". Inspired by waves of emotions she's felt over the past few years, she's turned all of these feelings into song. Now, we're all set to cry, jump, bang our heads, and jive to NIKI's new beats.

"I went through an identity crisis. It took a lot of trial and error, and I just stumbled upon pieces of myself along the way," NIKI said, as cited from Bandwagon Asia. "I named it Buzz because it feels like I'm on the precipice of something about to happen,"

With thoughts rambling in her head about a new crush, she's got us all hooked! NIKI's music has always been known for its relatable tales that bring back fond memories of sweet love and crushes. With nostalgic vibes in every song, she's got us all feelin' the feels!

"“Too Much Of A Good Thing’ is this fun, tongue-in-cheek song about desire, imagination, and the playground of excitement and irreverence they create," NIKI said about the track. "It’s about that initial anticipation we all know and love where there’s a little extra pep in your step, which I feel translates even sonically, with that timeless, stroll-along-to-the-tempo groove you get when you are momentarily invincible."

NIKI's best hits and crowd-favorites include "Say My Name", "Indigo", "Selene", "Lowkey", "High School in Jakarta", and "Every Summertime". These songs have taken back memories and feelings that we all grew up with. We've been banging our heads and feeling the groove as we stream on repeat.

In a conversation with GRAMMY, NIKI shares that she knows she feels "too much". Well, it's what makes her music stand out. She explains that she discovered her love for feeling emotions during the time she was producing her second LP "Nicole". She then translates all these feelings into song... No wonder every track hits right home. "It makes me feel alive to be in touch with my emotions. The best way I know how to externalize all of it is through writing and music."

Don't miss out on NIKI live on stage at Arizona Federal Theatre on October 8, 2024. Book those tickets now!
