One of the world's fastest-rising global girl groups is embarking on their first-ever headlining tour. Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae are all set to kick off the "Beautiful Chaos Tour", taking on big cities across North America. Together, they're known as Katseye, pronounced as "cats eye" symbolizing each member's diverse talents, personalities, and multicultural backgrounds. With members South Korea, the Philippines, Switzerland, and the United States, the talented bunch take great pride in their roots, and unite different sonic influences in a pop-tastic package. Now, join the girls as they celebrate a huge milestone in their careers, sharing big surprises on the road.

"EYEKONS, the moment we’ve been dreaming of is finally here. We are so excited to announce that our ‘BEAUTIFUL CHAOS’ tour is officially coming to you … we can’t wait to go on this journey together," the group shared on Instagram.

About Katseye

Pronounced as "cats eye", the group's name was derived from "chrysoberyl" - a gemstone where its cymophane variety has a distinct optical effect where light shifts in different ways when seen from various angles. This symbolizes each of their diverse backgrounds, personalities, and talents which all come together to create something uniquely beautiful. 

It all began when Hybe and Geffen Records started an audition process for a girl group which would feature contestants from different corners of the world. Auditions were held in South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Described to "transcend national, cultural, and artistic boundaries," Katseye became the product of a global initiative to unite a set of powerful women in music, each representing their roots while creating music that connects and goes beyond borders. Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae are out here living the purpose and the dream. 

From the onset, Katseye was destined for gold. Their debut EP saw great collaborations with songwriters and producers, including the renowned Ryan Tedder and Omar Fedi. Their debut single "Debut" packs a punch with themes of confidence and sisterhood, making it known to the world that their bond is powerful. Their second single "Touch" saw the group amassing a larger audience with melodic drum and bass R&B hints in the mix as they tackle the "complexity of love." Their full EP named "SIS (Soft Is Strong)" charted on the Billboard 200, making it known that these talented women are unstoppable. 

With a wave of new singles dropped this year, "Gnarly" is a stand-out track as it became the group's first track to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. It served as the lead single from their second EP "Beautiful Chaos." 

"It’s us stepping into our maturity," Lara shared with Rolling Stone. "I feel like this era, we have been a lot more authentically ourselves."
